This Privacy Policy explains how Kuarbaa Group (“Kuarbaa”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a trading name with its place of business in China, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, request a quotation, create an account, place an order, contact us or use our support services. It applies to both business customers (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C). It should be read with our Terms & Conditions and Cookie Policy.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, company name and job title, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, billing and delivery address, country and destination, payment and transaction information, product requirements, quotation and order details, account information, messages, files, reviews and information submitted through forms. We may also collect cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring URL, approximate location, security logs and other technical information.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card security codes, government identification numbers or unrelated sensitive information through a contact form or email.

2. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you, from your company or authorised representatives, from your use of the website and from service providers involved in payment, delivery, security, analytics or customer support. Information may also be included in a quotation, purchase order, commercial invoice, shipping document, customs declaration or after-sales record.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Contract or pre-contract steps: to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, create accounts, process orders, take payment, arrange delivery, provide downloads, manage returns, warranties and support, and perform a contract with you or your business.
  • Legitimate interests: to protect the website, prevent fraud and abuse, verify transactions, secure accounts and payments, maintain records, improve services, defend legal claims and manage our B2B and B2C operations, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: to send optional marketing emails or load non-essential Analytics and Marketing cookies when you have actively agreed. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligations: to meet tax, accounting, customs, export-control, product-safety, consumer-protection and other legal requirements.

4. Service providers and sharing

We may share information that is necessary for a stated purpose with payment providers such as PayPal when enabled, logistics and freight providers, customs brokers, carriers, insurers, email and marketing service providers, hosting and technology providers including Kinsta, customer-support and repair partners, analytics or advertising service providers when enabled, professional advisers and public authorities where required. Each third party may process information under its own privacy policy and terms. We do not authorise service providers to use your information for unrelated purposes.

5. Payments and cross-border transactions

Payment information is processed by the selected payment provider under its own security and privacy rules. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on this website. For international orders, information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence for payment, fulfilment, shipping, customs, warranty or support. We use reasonable contractual, technical and organisational safeguards, limit access to what is needed, and take account of applicable transfer mechanisms and local requirements.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary cookies may support login, account functions, shopping-cart and checkout functions, security and requested services. Analytics and Marketing cookies are non-essential and should load only after the active consent required by applicable law. Details of cookie categories, choices, retention periods and third-party cookies are in our Cookie Policy.

7. Marketing communications

We may send marketing emails only where permitted and, where required, after your consent. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link or clear instructions to stop marketing messages. You may unsubscribe at any time, contact info@kuarbaa.com, or use the preference controls provided. We may retain a limited suppression record so that we can respect your opt-out.

8. Retention periods

  • B2C retail orders: order, payment, delivery, warranty, return and tax records are retained for the period reasonably needed to fulfil the transaction, handle statutory consumer rights and meet accounting or legal obligations.
  • B2B orders and quotations: commercial, contract, invoice, shipping, compliance and support records are retained for the business relationship and the longer period reasonably required for contractual, accounting, tax, dispute or legal purposes.
  • Marketing subscriptions: contact details are used until you unsubscribe or consent is withdrawn, after which a limited suppression record may be retained.
  • Cookies: session cookies normally expire when your browser closes; persistent cookies remain for the period set by the relevant service and described in the Cookie Policy or preference tool.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, including direct marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent and may complain to your local data-protection authority. We may verify your identity and may retain information that must be kept for legal, security, accounting, warranty or transaction purposes.

If California privacy law applies, you may also have rights to know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, correct or delete information, opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal treatment for exercising your rights. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If a service is treated as a sale or sharing under applicable law, you may use our cookie or privacy preference controls to opt out. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

To submit a data-protection request, privacy complaint or Cookie question, contact info@kuarbaa.com. For sales enquiries, quotations or order-business questions, contact sales@kuarbaa.com. For after-sales, technical, warranty, repair or return questions, contact support@kuarbaa.com.

10. Children and third-party websites

Our website serves business customers and adult consumers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. Links, embedded content, payment pages and other third-party services are governed by their own policies and terms.

11. Updates
