Provide the product model and serial number, if available. A clear photograph of the nameplate can help. Include your order reference, country and the type of assistance you need. Do not remove protective covers to find information.

Describe a product issue

When the issue first appeared and whether it is intermittent.
The task or operating stage at which it occurs.
Any fault code, warning message or unusual behaviour.
Relevant operating conditions and recent changes.
Checks already completed under the model instructions.
Clear photographs or a short video, where safe to capture.

Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unrelated personal information. Avoid including people or private documents in photographs when they are not relevant.

Manuals, documents and replacement parts

Tell us the model, the document or part you need, the quantity and your preferred language. Include the document title or part reference if known. Confirm compatibility, availability and fitting requirements before ordering; similar appearance does not establish suitability.

Work safely
