Prepare your enquiry

  • Product model, configuration and quantity.
  • Application, working environment and essential specifications.
  • Destination country, city and postal code.
  • Receiving conditions, access limits and preferred timing.
  • Any quotation, invoice or purchasing-reference requirements.

For a personal purchase, you can enquire without a company name. For a business purchase, include the information your purchasing or import team needs reviewed.

Review the quotation

Before proceeding, check the product model, configuration, quantity, included accessories, currency, delivery destination and estimated timing. Displayed product prices may exclude shipping, import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges unless the quotation expressly states otherwise.

The quotation identifies the applicable delivery arrangement, included charges and payment stages. Ask us to clarify anything that is not clear before you pay. The order confirmation and applicable law govern the confirmed transaction.

Payment arrangements

Payment methods and currencies depend on the product, destination, order type and final account setup. Contact sales@kuarbaa.com to confirm the available method for your quotation. PayPal is not presented as available until the account and payment integration have been connected and tested.

Do not send card numbers, account passwords, security codes or other sensitive payment credentials by email, WhatsApp or an enquiry form. Verify any payment instruction through an established sales contact before paying, especially if bank details or the receiving account have changed.

Order confirmation and preparation

An order is confirmed when the applicable quotation or order confirmation has been accepted and any required payment or deposit has cleared. Preparation or production estimates are stated in the quotation and may vary with configuration, stock status, technical approval, public holidays, carrier schedules, customs procedures and destination conditions.

For custom or configured orders, confirm the final specification and approval steps in writing before production begins. Do not rely on an informal message as a change to the confirmed order unless we confirm the change in writing.

Cancellation and changes

Contact sales@kuarbaa.com as soon as you need to change or cancel an order. We review the request against the product status, preparation or production stage, shipping status, quotation or contract and applicable law. Any permitted deduction or charge is explained before it is applied.

Custom, configured or already dispatched orders may be subject to different conditions. This process does not restrict any mandatory consumer withdrawal, cancellation, refund or other legal right.

Keep your order records

Keep the quotation, payment instruction, order confirmation and related correspondence together. Use your quotation or order reference when contacting us about status, delivery, documents or an order change.
