Plan delivery before placing an order. Shipping options depend on the product, shipment size, destination and receiving conditions. We confirm the available route, delivery arrangement and estimated charges in your quotation before payment.

Available delivery options

Depending on the order, delivery may be arranged by express courier, air freight, sea freight or rail freight. For large or heavy equipment, confirm packed dimensions, shipment weight, unloading requirements and site access before finalising the order.

Information needed for a quotation

  • Product model, configuration and quantity.
  • Destination country, city and postal code.
  • Business, residential or other receiving location.
  • Access restrictions, receiving hours and unloading requirements.
  • Preferred delivery timing or project deadline.

Shipping charges and taxes

Displayed product prices exclude shipping, import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges unless the quotation expressly states otherwise. The quotation identifies the delivery arrangement, included charges and any charges that remain payable by the customer.

For business sea-freight orders, FOB or CIF may be quoted when suitable. The quotation names the applicable port and destination and states the Incoterms version used. These terms do not override mandatory consumer protections or either party’s responsibility under applicable law.

Origin and port of loading

Shipment origin and the applicable port of loading are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation. Depending on the route and shipment, the port may be Shanghai, Lianyungang, Qingdao or Yantian, Shenzhen. The final port is selected according to the product, carrier availability and destination.

Preparation and delivery estimates

Any preparation, production and transit estimates are provided in the quotation or order confirmation. They can vary with configuration, stock status, technical approval, payment clearance, public holidays, carrier schedules, customs procedures and destination conditions. If your project depends on a particular arrival date, tell us before ordering so we can review the feasibility.

Check your shipment on arrival

When safe to do so, check the packaging, product identification and quantity against the delivery documents. Photograph visible damage and keep relevant packaging, labels and paperwork while the issue is reviewed. If equipment appears damaged or unsafe, do not use it.

Report visible delivery damage, an incorrect item or a shortage as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate. Prompt reporting helps with carrier claims but does not remove any applicable legal rights. A fault that becomes apparent during normal use can still be reported.
